The Image Editor was designed to create 16x16 pixel picture files that can be used in a toolbar, but it will also save pictures of any dimension between 1x1 and 16x16 pixels and can be used to edit portions of a larger picture. The Image Editor can also save the picture as a matrix, which can be used to create a picture from within a program.
